Strangiu, which means “guest” and “foreigner” in Cagliari dialect, was born out of our friendship, our love for our land and the certainty that it should live off tourism all year round.

We dedicate ourselves with care to the management of exclusive properties in Cagliari’s historic center and prestigious villas on the south coast of Sardinia, with a double purpose: on the one hand to ensure that property owners generate the best possible profits and obtain and maintain in booking portals high scores and excellent reviews, and on the other hand to offer our guests unique stays, in prestigious homes, with attention to the smallest details, allowing them to have the best possible travel experience.

Da un lato infatti ci occupiamo della gestione completa di proprietà esclusive nel centro storico di Cagliari e ville di pregio sulla costa sud della Sardegna, garantendo ai proprietari degli immobili di generare i migliori fatturati possibili e di avere sempre elevati punteggi ed eccellenti reviews.
Dall’altro lato proponiamo ai turisti soluzioni di alloggio uniche, in strutture di alto livello e curate nei minimi dettagli come l’accoglienza, la pulizia, la facilità di comunicazione, consentendogli di vivere la migliore esperienza possibile di viaggio.

Busy as a bee flying around the streets of the historic center of Cagliari.
During breaks he takes refuge in his van to the most hidden corners of Sardinia.
Basketball is his first love, but today he can’t live without surfing & snowboarding.
Lorenza
Property ManagerShe has always had a strong curiosity about the different languages & cultures of the world, so much so that she decided to train as an interpreter and translator.
Thanks to a Masters in tourism management and her passion & professionalism, she landed in the Vacation Rental sector.
She is a connoisseur of craft beers and passionate about outdoor mountain sports.
Gabriele
Co~founder & Revenue Manager10 years of experience in high-level hotels: from staff training to sport sector recruitment, where he developed his passion for revenue management until he finally landed in the Vacation Rental sector.
A wizard at being here, there and everywhere.
Across all our properties, he does everything possible (and impossible) to ensure his guests have everything they need.
Nature & surfing are his main sources of energy.
Music is in his blood and his smile is infectious.
