Brace yourselves for an immersion into Sardinia’s unique certified Biodynamic winery, where every choice is made with the sole purpose of respecting and protecting nature, and where the constant commitment to maintaining biodiversity to ensure a prosperous future is palpable.

We are in the heart of Sarcidano, nestled between Campidano, Marmilla, and Barbagia, in the most authentic heart of the Island.
You will be guided among rows of Cannonau, Vermentino, Tintillu, Nasco, Bovale, and Carignano vines, where the air is rich with tradition and the stories of a winery that has chosen to cultivate exclusively native grape varieties unravel.
You’ll learn about the BioIntegrale method, a set of cultivation and winemaking techniques that start with organic and biodynamic agriculture, integrating and surpassing them. It’s an ethical method aiming to respect the plant and the vine as much as possible, including energy saving, elimination of synthetic chemicals, reduction of mechanical interventions, integration of human labor with that of animals, and natural waste disposal.
You will meet the horses that work the soil, the geese that keep the rows clean, and smell the scent of marigolds, helichrysum, and citrus fruits from the garden. Then, you’ll move inside the winery, where you can learn more about winemaking techniques, reaching the impressive Anforaia, where the wines mature in terracotta as in ancient times.

The tour will end with a tasting, led by an expert sommelier, of wines and the estate’s extra virgin olive oil, all accompanied by a careful selection of local gastronomic products and the typical civraxiu bread from Gergei.
Finally you have the option to complement your experience with a first course based on the seasonal produce from the farm’s vegetable garden, ending with a selection of typical Sardinian dry sweets and a fifth glass of sweet wine.

A culinary journey that follows the idea of country cooking, based on the use of products that the biodynamic garden has to offer, seasonally.
