↟ Deposit: at booking time
↟ Balance: at experience time
↟ Free cancellation: within 7 days before the experience
↟ Cancellation with full payment: less than 7 days before the experience or no-show
↟ Full refund for cancellation of the service by the skipper due to adverse weather conditions
↟ If guests do not show up within 60 minutes of the departure time of the service and without any communication, the same will be considered provided and 100% of the cost will be withheld or requested
↟ In relation to the duration of the service, if the Skipper decides, for any reason, to return to port before the established time, a refund of between 50% and 20% of the rental cost will be guaranteed depending on the return time . It will always be possible to consume any Food & Beverage ordered once returned to port.
