To make your SUP experience enjoyable, safe, and relaxing, we recommend following these simple guidelines.
Before you set off
↟ Always check sea and wind conditions before heading out. Avoid going out in rough seas or strong winds. If possible, plan your route by starting against the current and returning with it.
↟ Wear comfortable clothing and bring water, sunscreen, and a hat.
↟ Always wear your leash: it is an essential safety device that keeps you connected to your board at all times.
During your experience
↟ Stay at a distance from the shore that allows you to remain visible and return easily.
↟ Pay attention to shallow waters, rocks, and any other potential obstacles.
↟ Always keep control of your paddle and use it only in the water, avoiding pushing against rocks or other surfaces.
↟ Respect the sea, the environment, and the people sharing the water with you.
After your experience
↟ Rinse the SUP and all equipment with fresh water.
↟ Store the SUP in the shade and avoid leaving it exposed to direct sunlight in order to preserve its materials.
