A small shop producing 100% plant-based Sardinian cheeses, inspired by a longstanding cheese-making tradition, is ready to welcome you to the pristine heart of Sardinia, just a stone’s throw from one of the Blue Zones, globally recognized as one of the longest-lived areas on the planet.
The shop that will host you is located in the historical region of Barigadu, in one of the smallest municipalities on the island, where, in an authentic and genuine rural setting, ancient millennia-old traditions blend with a renowned gastronomic culture.
There is no innovation that does not start from a careful look at tradition, with the aim of transforming it by creating new flavors that represent the territory in the same way.
